We continually strive to provide apprenticeships and work placements for young people and we are proud to have recently created our Claims and Recoveries Academies to provide opportunities.

Each year we nominate a charity for which to raise funds. Our 2018 charity of choice was Winston’s Wish, a charity that provides support to bereaved children. We are proud to have raised nearly £15,000 over the year from various fundraising events for which our teams have taken responsibility from their creation to the collection of funds alongside doing their day jobs.

The nature of our business means we can’t avoid having a carbon footprint. However, we look to minimise this where possible by evaluating the emissions on vehicles we purchase and planning deliveries and collections to minimise mileage – our depots are strategically placed to optimise this. This approach reduces costs and improves profitability, helping us achieve our growth goals. Furthermore, our drivers always use public transport to and from the depot when collecting or delivering a vehicle, and we recycle all waste generated by the business where possible.
